Valentine's 8 Foot Fence

The applicant requests approval to install an eight-foot fence on the west of their property at 2277 W 900 N. The requested cement fence is simply shown running the length of the property on 2300 W.

The applicant requests the additional height primarily to help with noise. The applicant’s narrative mentions that after construction ended on 2300 West it has become clear that the road is carrying heavier and louder traffic, including semi-trucks. The applicant is hoping that two additional feet would reduce some of the noise from larger trucks.
