Ben Valentine wants to install an eight-foot fence on the west side of his property at 2277 W 900 N. He is proposing a cement fence along 2300 West.

Ben wants the fence primarily to help with noise. He mentioned in his request that once construction ended on 2300 West it has become clear that the road is carrying heavier and louder traffic, including semi-trucks. He is hoping that two additional feet would reduce some of the noise from larger trucks.
