    The preliminary subdivision plan consists of 20 single family lots on a total of 13.06 acres. The lots range in size from 18,713 to 36,054 square feet. There is an overall density of 1.53 units per acre for this subdivision which meets the R-1-22 zoning maximum of 1.75 units per acre. No significant changes have been made to the plans since concept approval in terms of layout.
