Consultation has concluded

The applicant wants to change the General Plan Designation from Transit Oriented Development (TOD) to Mixed-Use (MU) to build multi-family housing and commercial. TOD would allow this type of development as well but there is currently 2 resolutions the City Council passed that prevent it from being zone TOD.

The applicant is requesting Mixed Use so they can develop the property sooner than if they wait for TOD.
