The glass exception was denied by the Planning Commission. 

Galloway and Company are working on designing a new Water Department Storage Building for public works located at 2538 North 300 West. The proposed building does not have 20% glass as required by the General Nonresidential Design District. They provided as much glass as they could with the use of the building for storage. They also provide it above the first floor but the building sits lower than the sidewalk and roadway. The Planning Commission can choose to grant an exception or not.
