JDH Development wants to subdivide 10.07 acres into 10 single family lots located at approximately 300 East and 600 East. Each of the proposed lots will be 1/3 an acre or larger in size. The proposed subdivision also includes 2 open space parcels. Parcel B includes Dry Creek, the Dry Creek Trail, and a small park space. These will be given to Lehi City for public use.
