This item was tabled by the Planning Commission and will return to Planning Commission on August 13th 

JDH Development wants to subdivide 10.07 acres into 10 single family lots located at approximately 300 East and 600 East. Each of the proposed lots will be 1/3 an acre or larger in size. The proposed subdivision also includes 2 open space parcels. Parcel B includes Dry Creek, the Dry Creek Trail, and a small park space. These will be given to Lehi City for public use.
