The Planning Commission approved this concept and the conditional use drive-thru
Tropical Smoothie Cafe wants to build a new building off of 1200 West and approximately 2550 North, across the street from the new Holiday Oil and just south of an approved Quick Quack car wash that has not started construction.
The concept shows a building with a drive-thru. It includes parking, and has a pedestrian connection to the building from the sidewalk.
They provided conceptual elevations that meet the City's design requirements.
This also includes a conditional use for the drive-thru. With a conditional use the Planning Commission can put reasonable conditions on their approval.
