Traverse Mountain Area Plan Amendment- Perry Highway Commercial

Perry wants to amend the Traverse Mountain Area Plan. They want to change the land at approximately 633 West Sunrise Way from High Density Residential to Commercial. This lot directly fronts onto Timpanogos Highway.

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council if they should approve or deny this change. The public can leave online or in person comments in support or against the proposed change.
