Terry Bishop is requesting a development agreement to allow for a 13-lot single-family home subdivision to be developed at 2424 West 900 North. The current General Plan designation does not allow for a 13-lot single-family subdivision, nor does it allow for lots to be a third of an acre - the current designation allows for a 12-lot subdivision with half-acre lots. However, the City Council allowed a development agreement to better match the surrounding properties, which are all around a third of an acre in size.
