Taco Bell is requesting conditional use approval and approval of an exception to the Lehi Design Standards for their site located at the corner of Hardman Way and 3600 West. The site plan is a conditional use because they have a drive-thru on the property. They are requesting an exception to glass requirement on the street facing 3600 West in that they want to have less glass facing the street due to the interior of the building. It is up to the Planning Commission to determine if any conditions are needed and if they exception is justified in this case.
