Smith's is requesting conditional use approval to place two pylon signs on the Smith's parcel, located at 2100 North and 3600 West. One sign is 25-feet, and the second is proposed to be 70-feet. The 70-foot sign would require an exception from the Planning Commission as this exceeds the 25-foot height limit. The Planning Commission will need to consider if the additional height is justified for the future 2100 North Freeway.

I am concerned about the potential 70 foot tall sign. That is way too big. I understand the 2100 route will soon have a freeway but I don’t want a corridor cluttered with billboards and massive signs
Our townhouse is the first townhouse on the end directly next to the backside of the Smith building. Where is the exact location of the smaller 25 ft pylon?
