Gardner Company wants to legally subdivide an existing lot into 13 lots. These lots are located on the east side of Timpanogos Highway and Center Street. The plat will allow for future commercial development and ownership of land. The subdivision does not include any plans for businesses, utilities, roadways, etc. It is just the legal dividing of land. And all of the lots meet the requirements for the Commercial Zone.
