The applicant requests approval of the Skull Valley Plat B Flag Lot located at 208 E 200 S in the R-2 zone. The resulting lots of this flag lot subdivision will be 8,054 square feet for lot 1 with an existing home, and 9,542 square feet for the newly created lot (Lot 3).
