Joseph Lambert wants to build an indoor volleyball facility at 2727 North Sandalwood Drive. This area is zoned Transit Oriented Development (TOD) for the future Trax stop that will be in this area. The volleyball use is allowed. The applicant wants to not provide 40% glass on the two side elevations because that much glass and natural light would impact the buildings usability for volleyball.
