The applicant’s narrative states that they will run a small dealership with approximately seven to ten trailers at any given moment. Their hours would be 10 am- 7 pm Monday through Saturday with most of the traffic being done on site by appointment.

Additionally, the applicant would like to include a conditional use for service and repair that might occur on the property in the form of cleaning, detailing, and minor internal repairs.
