Rockwell Station Concept Plan
This item was approved by the Planning Commission and included that they need to work with staff on providing adequate parking.
The applicant requests approval of a new building located on the corner of 200 West and Main Street. It is a three-story office building, with each level consisting of approximately 7,200 square feet.
The elevations are exclusively glass and brick, and the building is oriented towards the corner of the lot. At the time of site plan, some additional features will need to be shown on the building as noted in the DRC comments. However, the architecture is close to meeting the requirements of the Historic Design District.
The primary issue noted by the DRC that will require approval by the Planning Commission is related to the parking plan for the building. No parking is currently shown on-site in the conceptual site plan.
