The Planning Commission approved an alternative concept plan layout. 

Lone Star Builders submitted a concept plan for a new Quick Quack Car Wash on 1200 West. The concept shows a carwash building and a smaller drive-thru building.

The concept plan application allows for Staff and Planning Commission to provide feedback on the site layout and the building elevations. They will also have to submit site plan and building permit applications before they can start construction.
