    This proposes changes to the requirements for Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (detached ADUs or DADUs). Currently they are allowed on 15,000 square foot lots or larger. This proposal will lower it to 14,520 which is exactly a third an acre. The proposal would also limit detached ADUs on steep slopes.
