This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on January 27, 2026.

The applicant is requesting amending the ProSteel Customs Development Agreement to be between the owner of the property and the City, rather than the business owner and the City. The current development agreement states the agreement is only valid between the city and ProSteel Customs. A new car sales business, similar to the previous use, would like to set up business on the same parcel, but are unable to do so because the agreement does not apply to them. This amendment would help avoid confusion of this nature in the future.
