Consultation has concluded

The applicant requests review and recommendation of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 3 (Administration) and the Lehi City Municipal Code. The amendment seeks to remove redundancy from the Development Code by removing sections already in the Municipal Code.

Specifically, sections pertaining to the City Council, Planning Commission, Land Use Hearing Examiner, and Parks, Trails and Trees Advisory Committee have been removed from Chapter 3.

The Municipal Code proposal shows the Planning Commission being reduced to five members. With the reduction, the two alternates will also move from the podium to the audience and no longer participate in the Commission discussion.
