This item received a positive recommendation by the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on September 8th. 

Lehi City requests a zone change on property Jay Peterson owns at 3455 North Center Pointe Drive. The property came into Lehi City with the Dry Creek Reservoir property and got zoned Public Facility with the rest of the land. However, this land is privately owned and should have been zoned transitional holding (TH-5). This proposal is to change the property to TH-5. The General Plan designates this property as commercial. The owner could propose a rezone to Commercial in the future and would be required to provide water rights at that time.
