Consultation has concluded

Lehi City is requesting review and recommendation of the Table 37.080 Development Code Amendment to allow tandem parking for off-street parking. This is to comply with the new state code that was passed this legislative session that prohibits municipalities from restricting unobstructed tandem parking from satisfying two parking spaces as part of a minimum parking space requirement. The proposed amendment removes the language prohibiting tandem parking from counting toward the minimum parking requirements for all types of housing.
