This item received a positive recommendation by the Planning Commission and will go to City Council on September 8th.

Lehi City Council wants to do a development agreement for 915 W State Street to allow certain uses while limiting others for future Heavy Commercial development. The agreement enables a zone change with use restrictions, limits access to State Street, includes landscape buffering with a potential berm along Trinnaman Lane, and requires site plan approval within two years.

Development Agreements allow for both additional allowed and restrictions put on a property voluntarily entered into by both the City Council and the owner of the property.

The public can provide input on concerns or support of the proposed Development Agreement. You can provide a comment online or in person.
