Edge Homes is requesting approval of the Lehi Main Street Preliminary Subdivision, located near 2300 West and 700 South. This subdivision will consist of 83 single-family homes. There will be accesses into the subdivision from 560 South and 2500 West. There will also be a future access to 2300 West that the developer has included. A master planned trail will connect the future Power Line Trail down to 700 South.
These lots meet the requirements outlined in the Walt Plumb Development Agreement. Which means that the Planning Commission will need to approve it. They can only require changes that are requirements in the Development Agreement or Lehi City Development Code.
