Lakeview Land and Rock General Plan Amendment

Cole Peck wants to amend the General Plan on 12.82 acres located at 600 South and 600 East. The Current General Plan is for Low Density Residential (LDR) or single family homes. And he want to change the designation to Commercial (C) and Heavy Commercial (C-H). The applicant's narrative states that the potential Commercial zone would be located directly on the west side of the property, bordering the single family residential creating a buffer between existing residential and heavy commercial.
