Jim Karren wants to do a 3 lot subdivision at 105 South 500 West. The smallest lot will be about 8,600 square feet and the largest will be about 13,400 square feet. They are located in the R-2 zone which requires a minimum 8,000 square foot lot. The proposed lots meet all of the other Code requirements as well.
