Clark Robinson is wanting to bring the first Inclined Indoor Wingsuit to the United States. He is proposing it at 2959 North Triumph Boulevard.

Indoor wingsuit flying falls under Commercial Entertainment Facilities which are a conditional use in the commercial zone this parcel is in. That means that the Planning Commission can put conditions to reduce impact of noise or other negative impacts. Robinson said the noise from the business will be less than the noise of neighboring I-15. Traffic and parking will also not be an issue.

Robinson also is requesting an exception to the 40% glass requirement on the first floor of the building facing the frontage road and Triumph Boulevard. He provided justification that the machinery for the wind tunnel is located on the first floor which is not aesthetically pleasing and having it next to glass will reduce the structurally integrity and create a greater noise impact. The Planning Commission will vote to approve the exception.
