The applicant is requesting approval of a plat amendment to the Huerta Subdivision Plat A. This plat amendment is proposing to vacate Lot 1 of the Huerta Subdivision and create EV Auto Subdivision Plat A, which would be the consolidation of four existing lots included in the site plan; allowing for a simpler address to the building.
