Boyer is proposing to amend the Holbrook Farms Plat K subdivision to include 5 more lots. One of the lots in the original subdivision was created as a large remainder lot with the intent to amend the plat to subdivide the large parcel into 5 smaller parcels. This is to help facilitate the development of future commercial spaces.
