This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission.

Jacob Hansen wants to amendment the existing Hansen (JJR) Tennis Club Development Agreement to allow for signage on the property and building. The original agreement allowed for the commercial recreational tennis facility, but signs for the building were overlooked and not clearly defined in the existing Development Agreement. The tennis club is now operating and they would like signage.

One concern is Jacob wants to use spotlights to illuminate the signs. The lighting standards do not allow lights to be directed upwards. The Development Agreement could allow the spotlights. There are concerns on the impact of light pollution to the neighbors.
