The applicant shows two access points on the west side of the property, with a future access point on the east side of the property to be installed by UDOT. A future phase area is also shown on the south side of the property. At the time of site plan, some additional features will need to be shown regarding landscaping and buffering as noted in the DRC comments. Additionally, the building architecture will need to meet the State Highway Design District Standards. The applicant only provided elevations for the larger building so that will just need to be verified at the time of site plan.
