Mike Greene wants to create a flag lot for a second home at 2001 W 1500 N. This will create one new lot. The lot with the existing home will be 0.63 acres, and the new lot will be 0.79 acres. These are within the R-1-22 zone and meet all of the requirements.

Flag Lots are conditional uses. The Planning Commission will approve the flag lot because it meets the Code requirements but they can require reasonable conditions like the way the house should front or a landscape buffer to the neighbors.
