The applicant is requesting approval of a plat amendment to the Gardner Point Phase 1 Plat H subdivision plat located at 3625 West 1500 North. This is adding an additional lot to the subdivision for a total of two lots and common area. This is to facilitate the construction of an additional building that was included in the original concept plan. The developer now has a tenant interested in the building and wishes to create a lot for individual ownership.
