Symphony Homes is requesting the City to consider a development agreement that would allow them to have a 9-lot subdivision instead of 8 located at 2850 West 1500 North. Symphony Homes currently has approval for an 8-lot subdivision but is requesting 9-lots to better fit in with the surrounding Colledge Farms community and HOA. The City will need to determine if this is enough justification for an extra lot. The City Council will make the final decision.
