Jensen Davis wants to do a 14-lot single family subdivision at 2424 West 900 North. This lot is currently zoned TH-5 (holding zone) which does not allow development. It would need to be rezoned for any development to happen. The General Plan designates this area as Very Low Density for Agriculture. This would require minimum 22,000 (about half acre) lots. The concept plan shows smaller lots. The smallest lot is 15,000 square feet (third acre). They are wanting to get feedback on the layout and if this type of density would be allowed. The proposed density is similar to the Colledge Farms subdivision.
