The applicant requests review and recommendation of the Lehi Downtown Revitalization and State Street Station Area Plan located along Main Street and State Street. The Station Area Plan looks at the land within a half a mile of the future transit station and considers the land use, street patterns, and active transportation network. The Downtown Revitalization Plan considers the land use, street patterns, and active transportation network of the area along Main Street from 500 W to 850 E.
