Development Agreement Development Code Amendment

Lehi City is requesting to amend Chapter 29 of the Lehi Development Code to clarify the process for Development Agreements and clean up the language to be more in line with the regulations of the State code. Specifically, development agreements will be reviewed by the DRC, the Planning Commission with a public hearing, and the City Council. It will also add language requiring there be some sort of explanation as to how the development agreement ends.
