DeSpain 8 Foot Fence

The applicant requests approval to install an eight-foot fence on the south side of their property at 295 West 400 South. Normally, fences are limited to six feet, but exceptions can be requested. The DRC approved an 8-foot fence on the east and west sides due to grade issues. The applicant wants the south side fence to match those, rather than dropping down to six feet in that section. They'd also like to get additional privacy from the railroad corridor.
