Clark Meadows Updated Concept

Matt Loveland is requesting additional density, for one additional lot. A previous concept with 11 lots was approved at 9227 West 7750 North (approximately 1800 West and 1300 South). The property is zoned R-1-22, which allowed for 10 lots. They got 11 lots before as a density in lieu of payment for dedicating the canal area and continuing the trail through the project. Density in lieu of payment is reviewed by the Engineering Department, reviewed by the Planning Commission, and approved by the City Council.
