JDH Development requests review and recommendation of the Clark Meadows Subdivision Concept Plan at approximately 1800 W 1300 S. The subdivision will include single family homes, internal streets, utilities, sidewalks, and landscaped frontages. The applicant requests a density-in-lieu exception to allow flexibility in lot size and setbacks for a few lots. The concept shows 11 lots between 15,797 sq ft and 23,704 sq ft.
