As part of the Lehi City annexation procedures, all annexation requests are required to be reviewed by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission’s responsibility is to review the proposed annexation and determine whether or not the requested zoning complies with the General Plan. The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for their final consideration of the annexation.
The applicant requests review of their proposal to annex 15.31 acres of property located at approximately 400 S Center Street with proposed R-1-Flex zoning. The proposed annexation resolves a portion of an existing county island. This area has a general plan land use designation with the intent that it would annex into Lehi at some point.
