The applicant is seeking review and recommendation of a proposed zone change from RA-1 to R-1-Flex for 7.16 acres located at 1610 West 700 South. This zone change is consistent with the approved General Plan designation of LDR for the property. The applicant is seeking a zone change as it will allow the property to be developed while preserving two existing homes. The zoning is compatible with the nearby residential subdivisions.
