Bull River Road Subdivision

Symphony Homes wants to build a 3-lot subdivision located at 425 West Bull River Road. It is zoned R-1-10 and all of the lots are larger than the required 10,000 square feet. The subdivision also includes a pedestrian connection from the 425 West cul-de-sac to Bull River Road. This connection is required by the Development Code.

Because this subdivision meets all of the Code requirements, the Planning Commission will have to approve it. The public can still make comments on this item but they should realize the only things that can be required are the requirements in the Development Code.
