Terry Bishop is requesting a General Plan Amendment to change the designation on his property from Very Low-Density Residential Agriculture to Very Low-Density Residential. This change would increase the number of lots possible on his property from 12 to 17. This is facilitate the construction of a future subidivsion. The Planning Commission and City Council will need to determine if a justification can be made to increase the density.
