Big O Tires Concept Plan

Big O Tires is interested in building a retail store at 4193 West Orinda Drive. They are requesting review of their concept plan, and are also requesting an exception to the Development Code to exceed the maximum setback of 50-feet. Staff has no concerns with this exception. The use of auto repair is considered a conditional use in the Cold Spring Ranch Area Plan. The Planning Commission may place reasonable conditions on the operations of the building, but they cannot deny the use unless there is significant risk to health and safety.
