Consultation has concluded

The Barron's own an undeveloped lot at 25 East 2200 North, they would like to subdivide it into two lots for their children. The lot is zoned R-1-15 and they are proposed 20,000 square foot lots. The minimum is 15,000 square feet. They meet all of the requirements which means they can subdivide.

The public can make comments with concerns, but this subdivision has to be approved because it meets the Development Code requirements.
