RFK Properties is proposing a 7-Eleven gas station at approximately 3600 West and Waterbury Drive in Holbrook Farms. They are specifically asking for an exception to Chapter 37 of the Development Code to allow their building to be further than 50-feet away from a public road. The space between the building will be landscaped and will possibly include seating. The Planning Commission will need to determine if an exception is acceptable under these conditions.

Gas stations are permitted in this area and is allowed to be built. The Planning Commission is only determining if an exception to have the building be further than 50-feet from the road can be allowed. Comments from the public should focus on the impacts of this exception.
