Ward Meadows Plat Amendment

The applicant requests approval of Ward Meadows Plat A Amended, a plat amendment modifying Lots 5, 6, and 7 of the original Ward Meadow plat. The purpose of the amendment is to reconfigure the lot lines. No new lots are being added to the overall subdivision.
One change with the amendment is that part of Lot 6 will be added to Lot 5 owned by the Garrett family. The other part of the reconfiguration is that the remainder of lot 6 and 7 will be adjusted so that the acreage is more evenly distributed. This would allow the Black family to potentially build in the future on the new lot 6A.
