JDH Development wants to change the zoning on 11.58 acres from transitional holding to RA-1 (half acre lots). The property is located at approximately 2125 North 600 East. It was included with the original concept plan for the area. They did not give the City water for the property when it was annexed in. The zone change will include providing the water needed for the development.
